Nowadays there are lots of murderers in hotel rooms, backyards even in little happy family houses. And According to Blackstone, English common law identified murder as a public wrong. but why? Why all civilians cannot kill someone, but a police or a soldier. They both may want to protect somebody or they may just kill someone in purpose. They have a chance to discuss about it if it is a crime or not. Whether it is allowed to a group of people, is it in nature of us? Does it stay inside of us and gnaw us.
"How quickly it had all been done! He felt strangely calm, and, walking over to the window..." When Dorian murders Basil, he keeps his presence, just like nothing happened. But when someone kill another they say they are sorry and regretful. Are they sorry about killing a person or being behind the bars? I think it is the second one. Because someone who is not punished can do it again and he doesn't feel a bit of contriteness. It seems it is in human nature, because Dorian who is not punished and still out of jail, can kill someone again and do it again with the great joy of slaughter. Also he is not under pressure of people about being a murderer.

I think you are totally right, so I agree with you, completely. I guess, there is something which makes you satisfied you in the way of killing somebody. To satisfy your passions, you need to be powerful. Because of that, if you kill someone, you feel powerful. So, all you have to do is kill somebody. I know it seems so bad, at least dreaming of killing somebody will relieve you. Moreover, killing somebody who ticks you of is not unacceptable. I know that I’m not good on this subject, I’m sorry. Whatever, in this country, there is thought freedom :)

I agree with that, sometimes people wants to kill someone in purpose. when you are working, if you see obstacle, you will want to destroy it. sometimes abstacle can be human but you scare to destroy him or her because of punishment. I don't defend punıshment is good but sometimes can work.
I liked the opinions generally, but not the sentence that you said police or a soldier can kill someone. In Turkey, policemen cannot kill or torture anyone, because of the human rights,as our government accepted. But soldiers can, “in purpose” of the government. Individual purposes aren't important for the governments, but their own aims are in every country. You know that they are the best(?), other opinions or individul lives aren't important against to all people's tranquility and order. That's why soldiers can kill someone without questioning. But I think that every murdering is a public wrong, because when someone kills somebody, in some way, the order of the society is ruined.
ReplyDeleteBefore there wasn't anybody made a side from the book. That is really interesting. I agree with you. There are lots of murderers. The place and the time are not important for them. Their job just is to "GET DOWN". Soldier or police don't have a force to kill but this is in our nature. If you have force, when it is necessity you will use it. That is all.

In the book he did everything with the under influence of Lord Henry but he realised that we was wrong.Being a murderer is an only decision of living your life. that's all...
